Refund policy

1. Returns We do not accept any returns on Automatic Watches unless the watch is defective or the incorrect item is sent. See our warranty page for what type of issues are covered free of charge. We require you to send us a photo and/or video of the defective or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt. All items are subject to approval before a refund is processed. In order for a refund to be issued, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all stickers and coverings in tact. There must be no scratches on the watches. To initiate a return or exchange, use the contact form. Requests made in any other way may not be received. 

2. Cancellations Cancellations will only be accepted and approved if the order has not yet been shipped. Any order cancellations (including pre-orders) will incur a 5% transaction fee
