Each dial on the A3 Meteorite is Dual Acid Etched (also known as Acid Washed). When Meteorite dials are produced, each one is acid etched to better bring out its crystalline patterns. When different acids or concentrations are used, you get a different appearance. Each sector on the A3 Meteorite dial uses a different process.

Leveraging the thin Miyota 9039, the A3 Case achieves a slim profile. Measuring just 10.4mm (crystal included), the case is crafted for comfort with its curved lugs.

The watch outperformed my $750 Movado quartz in my collection. This is an amazingly priced watch that has a nice classic design and feel. You can’t go wrong with it, and you really might only lose a few seconds a year. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a watch they won’t have to re-set the time every few months, after a year of usage, this watch hasn’t lost a single minute.
This is my first purple watch, and I waited for the right one. The color of these watches (both blue and purple) is even better in the metal: you have to see them in person!
