Warranty

All fully A4 watches purchased from Alexander James Watches come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty, valid from your date of purchase. Starting in July 2024, all A3 Omen watches purchased from Alexander James Watches come with a 24 month manufacturers warranty, valid from your date of purchase. This warranty covers material production defects concerning the watch, strap and movement. Please note that different movements have different specifications, and will align with the movement manufacturer’s specified parameters. If parameters are specified on the product page, those parameters override the movement manufacturer's specified parameters. 

The warranty does not cover damage caused through misuse, accidental damage (drops, bumps, scratches), magnetism, or normal wear and tear. Your warranty will be rendered void if any attempts are made to repair or modify your timepiece. Please note that this Warranty is non-transferable.

Domestic For domestic repairs or replacements, we will send you instructions and/or a return shipping label via email.

International For international repairs, we will arrange for a return shipment via email or a replacement. We reserve the right to reimburse you for documented repair costs of work done locally, in order to avoid expensive international shipping, depending on what the issue is. If you have an issue with your timepiece within the warranty period, please contact us. If your watch requires repair after the warranty is expired, please contact a local watchmaker.
