A3 Tavern Style
When people think of Chicago style pizza, they picture Deep Dish, but we locals think of a Thin Crust also known as Tavern Style. Back in the 1940s, this square cut pizza was made for sharing at, well, taverns. This pizza is the basis of Alexander James' most playful release yet.
In collaboration with Red5WatchWorks and AndoAndoAndo, the A3 Tavern Style uses an embossed dial that captures the look of a pizza to near perfection. "Sliced" into squares with grooves in the dial, it also features pepperonis that are raised above the cheese! If you look close enough, there are 3 pepperonis with logos of collaborators on them!
